You can request deletion of your FF Cruz account and the personal data associated with it, even if you no longer have access to the Marketplace app.
Request deletion
Send a deletion request from the email address or phone number connected to your account. Include enough information for us to identify your account safely; do not include passwords or payment-card details.

What happens after you request deletion
We verify the request before deleting your account and personal data associated with it, including profile and authentication information where applicable. We will tell you if we need more information to verify ownership.
Information we may need to retain
Some booking, payment, or security records may be retained only where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or regulatory obligations. Retained information is not kept for normal account use and is handled as described in the applicable Privacy Policy.
